The location is very near to our family. The Bistro was very good.

Quiet location close to a large supermarket and several restaurants. Not too far from the Zoo and Universal. Didn't use the gym, pool or Bistro so unable to comment further.

Great location! The front desk staff was very helpful. The cleaning staff greeted us with smiles in the hallways and elevator. The two staff members working the kitchen breakfast were outstanding! The cook/server brought our food out and was very attentive and courteous to our needs. Overall, great staff and comfortable stay

Stayed one night for a Universal Studios trip and the location was perfect. The staff member at the front desk, whose name I cant remember, was very welcoming and made check in a breeze. The hotel is maybe a 5 minute walk from a great shopping center with a ton of different dining and shopping options. This hotel made our trip great and will continue to be my first choice when revisiting the area.

It’s very clean and large room for a groups of people, it even have a go through door which is good for families.

The location was perfect, the rooms were amazing, I'm a coffee drinker in the morning so having a coffee pot was perfect, I tried to get service to clean my room, mainly for coffee and cups but no one cleaned our room that day, so we asked the front desk for coffee and cups. Other then that everything was perfect for our stay, I did think that there was a continental breakfast, but I was wrong. I will definitely stay again. Staff was so friendly, so kind, attentive, and for the most part always making sure we were good.

The location to the airport. It was very clean and well maintained. The bistro was very good. The fire pit was very nice.

Room was large and clean. The hours of the pool and restaurant and fitness center were on a welcome letter in the room for us. Starbucks coffee served on-site (which is why i chose this hotel over another!). There was a fold-out couch in the room, which was unexpected and perfect because i thought my kids would need to share one of the beds and they didn't have to. The front desk agent had our safety in mind and did not say our room number out loud (as they are not supposed to do), and that was very important since I am a female who was traveling alone with two kids.
